How to Obtain	Kill Charles after obtaining the Rifle Licence

Charlie Rifle Arts is basically an upgrade to the Sailor Rifle Arts. It can be obtained by defeating Charles and looting his body after purchasing the Rifle Licence.

Style Analysis

Though the moveset is not as robust and expansive as the pistol's Ulster Gun Arts, it is at least better to use than the default Sailor Rifle Arts. This style allows for 3 rapid fire shots and some evasive rolling shots. Like its Sailor counterpart, there is a complete lack of melee aside from that weak gun butt attack.
