Hifumi Saitou

Hifumi Saitou is a high-ranked member of the Demonscales. He takes the place of Melinda in the Prajna version of the Tournament if she dies before it. He joins the tournament explicitly to stop his opponent from joining the Demonscales, as he considers them unworthy of such a prestigious position, and as he's unaware of Kinugawa's true intentions.
